Action items
Parley picks out action items, with owners and due dates when they’re mentioned, whenever it summarises a meeting.
In a meeting
Under the summary, the Action Items card lists the meeting’s items. You can:
- tick an item off when it’s done,
- Edit its text or Delete it,
- Add item by hand,
- Extract from summary (or Re-extract) to pick them out again.
Regenerating a summary replaces the items Parley found before, but keeps any you ticked off and never touches items you added yourself.
All action items
Action items in the sidebar collects items from every meeting, grouped by meeting with the newest first. Filter by Open, Done or All, and click a meeting’s name to open it.
While recording (beta)
With Settings → Recording → Live action items turned on, Parley shows likely action items on the Record page during the meeting, updated every minute or so. These are a preview: the final list is created when the meeting is summarised.
